Using Toggled
Simple, fair terms.
These terms set the ground rules for using Toggled and keeping clinic content accurate and responsible.Last updated 16 October 2026The short version
You remain in control of what you publish. Supply accurate clinic facts, use only content you have permission to use, and review every generated design before posting it.
1. Accepting these terms
Toggled is operated by Catherine Aguilera, trading as Toggled in Gibraltar. By creating an account or using Toggled, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement for yourself or the clinic or organisation you represent.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should tell us promptly at hello@trytoggled.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. What Toggled provides
Toggled helps clinics plan, generate, edit, save and export social content. Features may change as the product develops. We may temporarily limit a feature to maintain security, reliability or legal compliance.
Toggled does not provide medical, clinical, legal or regulatory advice. Its safety checks support your review; they do not replace professional judgement or any approvals required for advertising treatments.
3a. Invite-only beta
The invite-only beta is free and does not require a payment card. Features and usage limits may change. The service is provided for testing, with no guarantee of availability, uninterrupted access, error-free outputs or suitability for a particular purpose.
You may leave at any time. We may change or end the beta, normally telling you by email in advance so you can download your work. Access may end sooner where needed for security or legal reasons. Keep your own copies of content you want to retain.
Your work stays yours: ending the beta does not change your ownership of uploaded content or your rights to use outputs under section 5. We will explain how to download your work and request deletion before closing access. You will not be moved onto a paid plan or charged without your separate agreement.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the clinic information, photographs, logos, instructions and other content you provide. You give Toggled permission to host and process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service you request.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded or imported content, including each identifiable client’s written consent to marketing use and AI processing by Toggled and its providers, including processing in the US. Obtain any permissions needed for identifiable practitioners too. Do not upload client photos if that consent is missing or has been withdrawn. You are responsible for reviewing factual accuracy, claims, prices, dates, availability, captions and imagery before publishing.
4a. Client information
For client photos and other client information you upload, your clinic is the controller and Toggled processes the information on your behalf to store it, read photos for tags, and create or edit the content you request. Our Privacy Notice identifies the providers used and explains overseas processing. Do not upload medical records or client details that are unnecessary for the task.
If a client withdraws consent or requests removal, stop using the photo and email hello@trytoggled.com with the removal instructions. During the beta, photo and account deletion is handled manually.
5. Generated content
Generated content can have imperfect or similar results. Toggled is designed to use supplied facts and approved layouts, but you must still review every output. Do not treat generated content as evidence of a treatment result or as a substitute for genuine before-and-after or practitioner photography.
Subject to these terms and any rights belonging to others, you may use and adapt the outputs created for your account. We do not promise that an output is unique or that the same or similar material will never be generated for another user.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Toggled to break the law, violate another person’s rights, mislead people about medical or treatment outcomes, upload unlawful or harmful material, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to extract another account’s information.
7. Availability and third-party services
Toggled relies on third-party hosting, authentication, storage and content-generation services. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Toggled at any time and can request account deletion by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms, creates a security risk or uses the service unlawfully, normally with notice where it is reasonable to provide it.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Toggled is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or decisions to publish content without appropriate review. Any mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. The courts of Gibraltar will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be brought to your attention where appropriate. Questions can be sent to hello@trytoggled.com.
